Redbridge Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries ('the Company') takes all reasonable measures to ensure that every Email message sent from or received by our private Email system is safe, secure and of suitable content.

Specifically, the Company has in place the following:

1. A formal Email policy that every employee of the Company must read and sign up to prior to being given permission to use the Email system.

2. Commercially proven and established Anti-Virus software designed both to prevent the infiltration of the Company's Email system and to prevent the accidental transmission of Email messages containing viruses.

3. Commercially proven and established Anti-SPAM software.

4. A Firewall device which prevents the reception or transmission of certain types of files attached to Email messages that are known to potentially carry viruses.

5. A secured Email server configured to prohibit the possibility of unauthorised relaying of Email messages from external sources.

Nevertheless, once messages leave the Company's private Email system their continued integrity and security cannot be guaranteed, and in accepting Email messages from us you accept this fact.

Email messages sent from the Company's Email system may contain confidential information. If you receive a message wherein you are not a named addressee or someone acting on the authority of a named addressee you should notify the sender immediately and then delete the Email message from your system without distributing, reproducing, publishing or disclosing its contents in any way.

You accept that all Email messages sent from the Company's private Email system are copyrighted.

In accepting an Email message from an employee of the Company via the Company's private Email network you accept that any and all opinions, conclusions and other information that do not relate to the official business of the Company shall be understood as neither given nor endorsed by it.

If you are concerned for any reason about an Email message sent from the Company's private network, please in the first instance contact the sender by means other than Email to discuss it. Alternatively you may send an Email message to mailmaster@redbridge-holdings.com explaining the nature of your concerns.
