Redbridge Wins Prestigious Wholesaler Award

Redbridge Produce & Flowers was named Wholesaler of the Year at the recent industry Re:fresh awards dinner held at the Marriott Hotel in London's Grosvenor Square in May.

The Re:fresh awards celebrate outstanding performance in the field of fresh produce and the Wholesaler of the Year accolade recognises RP&F's commitment to supplying quality fresh produce to the wholesale, food service and retail sectors across its 13 branches.

Graeme Hinchley, managing director of RP&F, said: "We are delighted to have won the Wholesaler of the Year award as it builds on last year's success when we achieved Re:fresh Floral Business of the Year. At RP&F we offer a local service on a national level, so that customers nationwide can source from local depots, which results in greater control, more consistent deliveries, better quality produce and enhances customer service."

The Re:fresh awards dinner, which attracted nearly 600 people from across the fresh produce industry, was set up by the Fresh Produce Journal and Highbury Nexus in association with the Fresh Produce Consortium in order to recognise excellence in the industry.
