Following a strategic review of our flower businesses in Bristol and Cardiff, we have determined a significant change in our trading patterns. Our delivered business has grown substantially in this area, and in order to ensure we continue to meet our customer's needs, we will be repositioning flower staff at both branches to focus on telesales and delivery.

The flower department in Bristol will operate on a collection-only basis, offering customers the chance to pre-order products by phone or fax. This will ensure faster order collection for those customers choosing this option. Customers can also continue to arrange to have their order delivered direct to their premises.

In addition, a new 12-tonne flower sales lorry, kitted out to our specifications, will be operating out of Bristol, covering Bristol, Bath and the surrounding area. The lorry will be manned by a salesman and driver, and offer a wide range of stock for customers to select from the truck on the day, or pre-order for delivery.

The flower business in Cardiff will continue to offer on-market sales as well as deliveries throughout South Wales.
