New Divisions for Redbridge Worldfresh

Redbridge New Zealand - Redbridge Worldfresh has recently set up an export office in Wanganui, New Zealand to export Southern Hemisphere fruit into the UK. The office is being run by Geoff Murdoch, who worked for Redbridge for over 3 years before establishing Redbridge New Zealand. Geoff will be contracting growers to become dedicated suppliers of blueberries and apples, which will enhance our offering to customers and streamline the supply chain into the UK. The office will also be in a prime position if kiwi fruit is de-regulated in the future.

Redbridge Frescura - Worldfresh has formed Frescura as our European company to take the category management of berries to European customers. The company is a joint venture with Spanish partner Agromorales and Melt Van Schoor is heading up the sales for our new venture. Early response from European customers has been excellent.

Worldfresh has also set up an office in Masland, Holland which opened on May 8th 2006. This office is being run by new employee Yuri van Gils who is working to co-ordinate sales in Europe with Redbridge Worldfresh.
