Redbridge Produce Marketing is Worldfresh's
trading team, comprising seven specialist trading desks -
berries, citrus, exotics, grapes, salad & veg, stone fruit
and top fruit. They assess the needs
of the Group's wide range of customers, and using their specialist
knowledge and expertise, ensure our customers receive the
best product, in the right place, at the right time - at the
right price.
Prices can be set for a season or
a day; and weather and other forces may affect supply. This
calls for thorough understanding and access to the most up
to date information on availability. Worldfresh has established
relations with importers and growers worldwide, and much of
the product comes direct from the growers themselves
